I have returned from 2 weeks in hospital only to find my Inbox full of Mail which I take to be spam .
How can I stop this from coming through J am desperate

I don't think so. I rarely get any now. If you mark it as junk then anything from that sender will go straight into junk mail in the furture...

Nope. A spammer has got hold of your email address and has been using it to send his rubbish. All you can do is wait until he chooses another victim or make a new email address.

Install Mailwasher, its free and all your emails go there, you then decide which ones to process to your email account. The ones you don't want get bounced back and eventually they decide that your email address does not exist and stop sending any. I wouldn't be without it.
