falklands 20p coin

Hello

i have found a 20p which has falkland islands written on it with a picture of a ram on it, made in 2004 and on the front it says queen elizabeth the second, it is also alot thicker than a usual 20p and i just wondered weather it was a rare coin or was it worth anything (other than 20p)

You won't be able to spend it in the British Isles, but I work in a Post Office and if you brought it in to me I would give you an English 20p coin for it. I would then send the Falklands Island coin back to the Post Office as unusable coin, along with all the coins from Gibraltar, Isle of Man and even Eire!
