I have a good relasionship with my kids , but i do feel sometimes they get lazy from time to time using facebook to socialize with friends rather than make an effort to go out and do other activities. Not all the time but where as when i was a kid i was out in all weathers, they see a spot of rain and get lazy !!!!!!

i think kids leave school not really knowing how to prepare for the world of work job interviews ect as they relay to much on computers to think for them
I don't understand zzxxee. Do you think families don't talk anymore?
Question Author
Many families do talk, just on different levels ummmm,
if for example as a child in the 1970s you had a problem you would seek out advice from an adult for help, now kids have what they need at the touch of a button.
Social interaction has changed for many people since the world wide web.
Maybe we're odd then because my kids think I know the answer to everything so I'm alway their first port of call. The difference now is...my Mum sent me to the library...they google.
In our house, our kids actually text rather than talking to each other when they are in different rooms.
