Can anyone name the music in this video?

I was wondering if anyone could help me track down a piece of music that was used in a nineties Tetley's Bitter advert.

In this advert there's a piece of music that comes in at 00:30 seconds not the first piece. It's the music in the pub sequence.

If anyone knows who it's by, I'll be eternally grateful. I first saw this advert in the late nineties and I've been searching for it for a long time. I found it on YouTube the other day, but I have not been able to name the piece of music. I've wanted to know the name of the piece all that time!
