Color fashion contacts

I want to buy a pair of color contact lenses from Boots Opticians. There are no prices for these on their website. Has anyone else bought some ? They come on an annual subscription. I'd be grateful if someone could give me an idea of the prices.

Not sure about Boots, but I know the gadget shop sells them for about �35 if thats any help.

I don't know if you already wear contact lenses or you just want them to colour your eyes, but my wife does wear them out of necessity. She gets them from Specsavers and to have them coloured costs an extra �5.

If you buy from an optician they will cost over �100 because they will have to give you an eye test, fitting, advice, etc. (regulations) If you just want non prescription lenses to change the colour of your eyes you can buy elsewhere for about �35. Know this bcos my girlfriend bought some from gadget shop recently.

Yes I guess Gadget shop would be cheaper. But you can only wear them for 30 days :/

i had a frind tht went to hosplital wth a eye infetion for using wrong contacts..... go to a optictian it may be more expenise but more safer

I wear contact lenses rather than glasses. It took me ages to learn how to put them in and care for them so i dont mess my eyes up. Plus if you dont clean them right and put them in they sting big time. I would seriouselly say dont bother as you will prob damage your eyes. but if you really want to then go to an optican First and get them to fit the lenses for you. Your eye may not be a perfect round shape and this would cause the contacts to slip and not sit right on your eye - meaning they slip and feel horrible all the time (mine left eye isnt so i should know!). so they can get ones that sit right on your eyes. plus they go through how to clean them and care for them and put them in, make sure they are the right way round etc and what to do and not do. Your eyes are precious - dont mess them up for fashion!!
