Rechargeable battery shop Oldham/Manchester
3 Answers
Does anyone know of any shops in the Oldham/Manchester/Huddersfield area that sell rechargeable 6 volt batteries for ride on toys?
We have found a ride on train that my sisters had 20 years ago and needless to say the battery will not charge. Have tried to find one on internet but there are loads of different connectors so dont want to buy the wrong one. Really need a shop that I can take the old battery to.
Thanks

I'd try motorcycle shops or even a golf supply shop (powered golf trolleys use lead acid batteries).... or even an independent computer shop (UPS batteries)
If it is a lead acid battery you just need one of the correct size and capacity, the connectors can probably be easily changed.
