For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.definately get that sorted, your paying national insurance towards someone else and then that person is going to get a refund of the over payments u have paid while u are going to get told at 65 that u havent paid enough insurance and therefore will be liable to the most basic of pension from the governement!
Sort it straight away in case the wage department kick up a fuss stating that its your responsibility to check your wage slip and notify them immedietly, may need to talk to a solicitor if that happens as i dont understand the responsibilities of who is liable to pay any NI that has been missed over your employment.
