Do you mean for the guitar? This version appears to be in the key of F# major (not a favourite with players of many instruments)! Is that key OK for you?
I think new2quizzes is right about the key, and because it's not a favourite of mine either I'm transposing it down to the key of F. I'm writing B Flat as Bf because I don't know how to write the flat symbol.

The intro and first 2 lines go
F Gm Bf F C F

The next bit - repeated twice
C F Bf F C F

The bit that starts - 'but on the night that jailhouse rock...'
A7 Bf twice.

The 'Sugar Ray' bit..
F C Dm Am Bf C F

And then I think it just repeats those sequences.
