The intro and first 2 lines go
F Gm Bf F C F
The next bit - repeated twice
C F Bf F C F
The bit that starts - 'but on the night that jailhouse rock...'
A7 Bf twice.
The 'Sugar Ray' bit..
F C Dm Am Bf C F
And then I think it just repeats those sequences.
