does anybody know any quick and easy excersies i can do in order to gain a flat stomach. preferably something easy cos im no rosemary conley.

Your right, it has been asked lots of times, and the answer is sadly always the same. You want it quick and easy, but you want it effective, unfortunately those two wants seldom go together. You dont get a big belly overnight, and you cant lose one overnight either. Firstly, no exersice will reduce a spare tire, well, nothing like sit ups or crunches anyway, to do this you must consume less calories, plus use up more of them too, so, running, cycling, swimming etc, plus a reduction in saturated fats, booze, and sugar. Sit ups and the rest will only firm and develop your abdominal muscles, nothing wrong with that, , quite the contrary, but it  have NO effect on the layer of flab over the top of these muscles, in fact as your abs develop they will push the fat outwards, making your belly look bigger!

well actually im very slim anyway, dont really need to lose any fat! just try and tone up the muscles. might give sit ups a try *pant*

Hello ondemania I have just noticed that in another section you have made enquiries about Macdonalds sauces. You will never have a fit and healthy body eating that crap. Sorry dont mean to be rude (I myself have been through all this and completely transformed my shape with diet and weight training) yes it requires discipline, but if you are serious about getting abs you dont want to be touching the stuff.

thanks peahead for your concern. however i wouldnt not say that my question on mcdonalds sauce will lead me to having an unfit and unhealthy body. i rarely eat "that crap" as you put it. i went to mcdonalds for the first time in months and just thought id ask about the sauce. hopefully your views on a healthy diet will pay off. thanks :)
Ok fair enough I did not intend to annoy you. The abuse of peoples health for profits is an interest of mine and if I can help anyone I will but I cant apologise for calling Macdonalds "that crap". Best wishes.

and eat raw green cabbage about two servings/day. it'll help in getting rid of stubborn fat deposit
