Delete recovery

Normally i would just be really annoyed if i acidentally deleted something and would have to make do, but i deleted something from my usb key/flashdrive and i know there's something about quick erase and secure erase when dealing with usb keys and i'm pretty sure i only quick erased it, so is there a way to recover what i deleted off my flashdrive? just a long shot but it's quite important i get the files back.

get PC Inspector File Recovery program from here:

Never used it, but seems to do what you would want it to do. Free, as well.

thanks very much fo3nix, that particualr software didnt work but i found a different version which did, so thanks again
