TV PROGRAMME - NOVICE HAS TO RUN RESTAURANT FOR DAY

I can remember a couple of years ago a programme which was run in a specially made restaurant, where the chef and head waiter/ress had to do a lunch and evening service, and people paid to what they thought the food etc was worth. It was a different couple each day. The host was a bald headed chef, that also I think appeared on a programme like to buy or not to buy

The chef is Simon Rimmer who you can see on a Sunday morning programe called Something for the Weekend. I know the programe you`re on about but can`t think of it`s name.

Found it....You are right it is Simon Rimmer. The programme for some unknown reason does not appear on IMDB. I think it was a BBC2 programme in 2008 called Recipe For Success. Thanks guys.
