I have the Sony Ericsson k300i mobile.  Can anyone tell be how can I  make a call without  sending my number?

put 141 infront of the Number u wish to dial. or consult ur manual

There maybe an option in the settings too.

I did consult my  manual but could not find the answer which is why I asked here

If the number you want to call is in your contacts list, find the number and before you click Call, click the More key instead. One of the options that comes up is "Call and hide ID".

If the number isn't in your Contacts list, put it in there first!
