In HM Holiday Camps , he will no doubt be able to indulge in his unnatural practises to his hearts content, so hardly a punishment.

We wont be able to send him "home" because he'll claim its too dangerous and it will breach his human rights.

This is brilliant. On this thread a murderer beats his servant to death and there is no outrage, just references to banditry, human rights and soft UK prisons. On another R1G thread a woman is pilloried for chucking a cat in a wheelie bin and not getting a tough enough punishment.

It's worth a minimum of twenty years, which I think he's got today. At least the Saudis didn't allow him diplomatic immunity. It's a good question whether they'd have done anything to him 'back home'. Here it was too embarrassing but there they might have hushed it up and maybe paid something to the victim's family
