Old Camera Films

Have just cleared out my dear old Mums house and found a couple of cameras with film still in them. These films could be 30 years old, do I just take them to my local photo processing shop or is there a specialist place I can take/send them to be processed? Obviously I want the best chance of getting photos out of these films.

I would say go to a proper photographic shop (such as Jessops, definately not Boots) and ask their advice.
