are these plants generally available from garden centres for planting this time of year?

I've seen them in March/April time but not sure when planting time is.

thanks rowan. I've yet to go to the garden centre to pick one up. Hope they're in stock as I dont fancy buying plants online.
there will be plenty as this time of year they are popular for winter containers....
i have 2 forest flames! one large and smaller one.
large one I bought in 1984, and its huge and beauitull, and full of bloom with big white clusters hanging off it in the winter. its a fantastic plant , and I hope your as lucky as me with the success of growing it

1984! you're definitely looking after that one well.

I bought one last night and have put it in a corner of the garden that doesnt get too much sunlight. I'm hoping its not too shady.
