Morning Hopkirk...Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, rye toast and fresh coffee.... oh and what are you going to have?

We're suppose to be having creamy scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on bagels...with a glass of champagne.

Just coffee and a bowl of mini shreddedwheat for me, but I can rustle up anyhing you like.

I've just sent the boy out for the smoked salmon, but I already have kippers on the go if anyone fancies them.

My boy has just gone to get cereal...he wants the salmon for lunch now...and can we take him out for dinner later.

His life doesn't revolve around food or anything..!!

There's a bit of champagne left from last night Dris.

I put a teaspoon in the neck of the bottle, so it is still a bit fizzy.

Healthy option for piggy, I see.

It's my sons birthday so everyone has a glass of champagne. He only gets one with lemonade though....still makes him feel special.

Melon with yoghurt and honey and omega 3 sprinkle mix is my usual breakfast but today as your cooking I`ll have egg,beans and mushrooms on toast (wholemeal only with no butter) thanks xx

We have just had a lovely egg and bacon sandwich - grilled bacon, dry fried egg, toasted oat bread. Yummy!
