Jacket & Boots for School!

Looking for some shoes to wear to school for Winter, would like very short ones at leats ankle length and not too expensive!
Also a jacket... just can't seem to find any that I like!
Anyone know shops which have nice things at the moment? Thanks

Ahh right ok, haha! It's fine I found quite a nice jacket http://www.dorothyper...ents=Price{2}~[20|45] but still nothing that great.. no boots yet though which is what I need most!
