Ah.... lovely persuasion, one of my favourites.

I'm having a bit of swedish & norweigan crime fest lately, they've got some great books translated and really loving the descriptions of the countries.

On holiday recently I a read Steven King book about a shop owner who sold people things that they thought they wanted. Can't ramember the name of the book, but it is the first and last book of his that i will read. When i finished it I thought about putting it in the book exchange in the hotel. In the end I decided to bin it. No one should have to read such rubbish.

I always like to read a science or history book. I do like Sherlock Holmes though. I've got a compedium with all 56 stories and 4 novels which I've read cover to cover several times.

I don't know about the Silk Cut though. I stopped smoking in 2002 but it was always Camel, Marlboro or a roll-up..

I enjoyed Needful Things........I finished Lisey's Story but it wasn't one of his better ones.
