No, I don't think our lives are mapped out.

All sorts of things make me wonder. Or wander, depending on my mood.
They say around these parts "whats meant for you, wont go past you"load of trollocks..
There is a theory that the path is roughly mapped but it depends on you which junctions you take.
It is to some extent. The children of rich parents will probably follow a different life path from the children of junkies living in squalor.
Lots of things make we wonder....I'm not too sure our lifes are mapped out. I think there are certain milestones that can't be changed. Like when we meet someone that totally changes our life
Odd things from the past have created riples that affect me now...a tape of music 20 years old first brought me to AB, a favourite poem I first read and is actually the first I wrote in the book I keep favourites written in 1647 about a womans affection for a much older man is called why I love ? ? (substitute Redmans real initials)
Predictions 17 years ago approx of a fortune teller about my third major relationship being with an older man who lives by the sea...give me at least a sense of being nudged in a particular direction...of course one ignores all the things that don't fit the pattern so like V 'I don't believe in coincidences'
Yea i do think our lives are mapped out - but sometimes we get confused by the road we should take and end up going the long way round....its usually much harder but means we learn our life lessons.....
Could you imagine the organisition that would go into mapping out everyone life .Not possible so things may happen but over all we are on our own..
Yes, but its satnav is on the blink.
What's to be will be...
LOL @ Fred
(It's good to see yet another contributor to AB's 'serious' sections slumming it, here in CB!)
sandy hit the nail on the head
Many years ago driving on the M1 was involved in a serious incident. Walked away not badly injured. A few weeks ago a major gas incident. Still here. Hope there will not be another incident..
