My sky wireless router says on the box IEEE 802.11b / 802.11g

And the laptop i want to buy says just 802.11n

Does this mean they will not work together or is the laptop running a better wireless system but will still supports the b and g signals??

Thanks in adavnce

what do you mean sorry
It works...
802.11n is the newest standard and it designed to work with older systems (802.11b/g)

So it will work fine.
