Lady from BT said record personal message on 1571 and press square boutton .Where is the square button on a phone?

Tried hash key but did not work After I record message it me listen to message recorded but does not not play when number rang

Thank you all for advoce but it just will not work .I did as asked and pressed hash key .Rang the number but still no personal greeting ,Does it take a while for it to be set up .Will try again tomorrow ..

Have you been using the same phone in all your attempts? It could be faulty.

lol weecalf I set mine up after reading this thread, and it worked okay........now the bloody 1571 isn't working at all.......

Gonna try it later .The more any thing can do the more can go wrong with it Thats why dogs stop when they are barking do you notice that .Little light relief there Dog And bone ....
