can anyone tell me..

after the birth of the pups, how long is it,till you can have the mother spay?

Usually once the milk has dried up - a couple of months at the most usually.  But this is something I would discuss with the vet.  I still strongly recommend you get in touch with the person who got you into this mess and make sure they help you out somehow.  You could also register with a local rescue (let me know where you are and I'll try and get you details of a good one) so that they can help get homes for the pups.
