Coming to this a bit late, so maybe the answers are out by now!

1. Looks like GELLILYDAN, Merioneth, but there's a mistake in the anagram (LYL AND GILL does not quite work)

2. Looks like another anagram mistake - SMIRISARY, Inverness-shire, but there's not enough R's in I MISS RAY and it should be 9 letters, not 8

3. No idea

4. Possibly DAISY GREEN, Suffolk.
