trying to change the time on a samsung GT S5230

i get to menu-settings-timeanddate
then all i can get on is time zone updating and time format grrr the date is wr5oing and the time it reads 03.41 and sunday 6 jan!
what can i do to get it right?

that's 6 jan 1980!!! and i only got the phone in the summer!

it's ok number 2 son arrived home and changed it, it's a touch screen phone and i am too heavy handed with it lol
