how to stop my dog scratch her nose

my dog got small cut on the area above her nose, each time when its getting healed, she started to scratch it with her paw, i guess she feels itching?then the worn started slightly bleeding again!! it lasts 2 weeks now, what shall i do to stop her?

I would get the vet to check why she is scratching in the first place and get some ointment or cream to put on it.
And yes, I am totally ignoring Grav's comments about licking balls.

just read this question.....if you dont fancy getting one of those collars then you could try this
when my mums cat hurt her ear she kept trying to scratch it...my mum diidnt want to get her one of those collars either so she put olive oil on her paw and she licked that instead and her ear healed up fine!!
