Difficulty signing in to AB

Hi Ed, when I clicked in to AB today from my shortcut icon on the desktop, there was a different layout of the Homepage of AB and I had to go through the trouble of registering again, which didn`t work anyway, so I opened my Virgin Media homepage and clicked on to AB that way, and, as you see I have got in. My question is: Why? I then put another short-cut icon on the desktop and deleted the previous one but this made no difference, I still had to re-register, so the only way I have now is to enter via my Virgin homepage on the favourites bar. Any help will be gratefully received.

When you've signed out (or the browser has forgotten you're supposed to stay signed in) you don't need to register again, you just need to click the sign-in button and enter your username (Carlton23) and your password (whatever that may be)
When you're not signed in the sign in button is found in the left hand corner below the AB logo.
