what are the rules about private right away with alleyway
My neighbours have got the rightaway to utilise my alleyway to get to their property. My neighbours are asking to remove on permanent basis my belongings that are stored in the alleyway eventhough it isn't obstructing the alleyway. where do I stand? have I got to comply with their request by law? My neighbour stated that he has taken photo of my property without my consent. Is it unlawful?

How would you feel if they tripped over your stuff then sued you? I would say if someone else has right of way over your land then it's up to you to keep it well maintained. As long as the photographer wasn't standing on private property, they can photograph whatever they like, including through your windows if they wanted
