I still haven't planted my bulbs - is there still a bit of time left?

Bit late for daffs but so long as you plant them deep enough they should flower but not as well as they would have done....now however is the time to plant tulips....

I agree with rowanwitch but you perhaps need to move a bit sharpish, we may be about to get a taste of the arctic. Tulips on the other hand according to some are ok right up to January.

That`s a bit of a worry as I took my mum to the garden centre yesterday and she bought a load of daffodil bulbs. Maybe they`ll be ok if we plant them in a sheltered spot.

I have planted Daffs.late in the past and found that in the first season they flowered a little later than the norm. but settled in to the regular pattern thereafter.
