Plurisy

My dad's just been told he has plurisy (a lung infection) Anyone know anymore about this, or had it? Any suggestions of what to do to ease it or make sure it doesn't come back?

Take a look at http://my.webmd.com/content/article/7/1680_53636 there is quite a lot of information there. I had it years ago and whilst it wasn't very pleasant it went away fairly quickly and has not recurred.

It's an inflammation of the Pleural lining of the lungs. Very painful and can lead to Pheumonia if not treated!!
