Anybody having trouble getting tickets to go to the summit online?

At what point do you experience problems, IDN?

I've just tried the system as far as it's possible to go without actually parting with any money, and it worked fine for me. (I did notice that the only ticket option available was the one which uses the lifts all of the way to the top. There was no drop-down menu available offering other types of ticket).

I entered the date this month that we want to go and if i wanted only to go to stage 2 I could go further on line but when I entered the thingie for going to the summit I get a msg saying there are no products compatible with my selection......but if I try a date further on in the month I can progress, so I guess that means all the fasttrack tickets for the date I want are sold.............ho hum

Just get there early. When I was in Paris 18 months ago my friend and I made a point of going to the Eiffel Tower as our first point of call one morning. There were no queues to speak of, maybe three or four people in front of us. We spent quite a bit of time up there, but what a difference when we come back down as there were mile long queues.
