Rolling your Rs

How do you do it? People have tried explaining how to do it but I simply can't do them!!!!!!!!!!!!!

M accent is horrible, mainly suffolk but with the odd northern hint.

But this is different, rolling my Rs is something I just don't understand.

Molly, turn the end of your tongue over on itself so that the underside of the tip is touching the roof of your mouth - then just roll away! :)

Sherrard, I need to be able to vibrate my tongue on the roof of my mouth, like you do to roll your Rs to be able to trill the bosuns call at cadets . . . .
