I'd got half way through the packet earlier and put the packet to one side, telling myself that (after the packet of wafer thin ham and two chocolate eclairs) a whole packet of sweets would be too much. Now that you've reminded me about them, I feel a compulsion to finish the packet! ;-)

PS: I've just noticed the use of the singular ("crisp") in your question. I know that George Osborne told us we'd all have to endure cuts, but just one crisp in a packet seems a bit extreme to me!

Fortunately, I'm not far off 6 foot and I've still only got a 34" waistline (at the age of 57), so I'm not too worried!

Oh defo hogsbody, I sometimes keep the remains of a kebab until the next day and take it to work for lunch - chips too!
