Existing broadband to new computer
4 Answers
I've just bought and new computer, and have been setting it up using the user guide on it, but it doesn't say anything about setting up broadband - I use a sky router and have one laptop using it at present - what do I need to do to the new computer - it can't be as easy as just plugging the broadband lead in, can it? I can't remember how I set the router up to start with! Sny help gratefully received!

Since you refer to plugging in a lead (rather than using your new computer wirelessly), that really should be all that you need to do. (i.e. simply connect an ethernet lead between the router and your computer and it should work).
