Knee Tendonitis

Can anyone give me any info about knee tendonitis please. I have just been diagnosed with it and wish to find out more.

Basically it's inflammation of the tendons of the knee joint.
Google the term and loads of sites appear.
Common sporting injury.
Usually needs rest and painkillers.

It can also help to support your knees in bed with a pillow underneath, so as not to cause any extra strain - Good luck
