well done Kat1 - have been in your position so know how good it is when an 'oldie' gets a good home - we had an earless white cat at the welfare centre I worked at , she lived in my garden shed - was an absolute nightmare, would attack anything in sight, people, horses, dogs goats etc but she did eventually come into my house (I lived on site) and would deign to sit on my lap but I resisted the urge to stroke her! - needed all my limbs to work. - also lost her ears through cancer btw
