What I hate is when the roll is so glued down that you have to tear off about ten sheets to get it started.

Or if someone doesn't tear the roll off properly and leave it with half a ripped square attached. I never use the next piece either - god knows who has touched it.

Are you lot all "Flush" with money ? toilet roll indeed, in our house we still use cut up
old newspaper placed on a nail in the wall. not very soft on the A***E but great when
you come across a photo of somebody you dont like, it gives you a lot of satisfaction

My grandchild like to pull off a dozen sheets at a time and block the u-bend, and then watch the water well up when she flushes. I could murder her,... but over, after all that.

When I was a kid there used to be a rough cheap one called Bronco. Felt like it too!

As a small child I remember squares of newspaper on a spike on the back of the toilet door. Now very definitely over.

I tut and mutter out loud "..right let's put it back the proper way" if I come across an 'undered' bog roll.
