Hey ed, I've just seen an email in my junkbox from a lady in Kent who googled the phrase:
'How to find where someone was cremated'
and she says the first hit was a question in the genealogy topic that I answered back in Feb 2007, I had put my email addy in a reply!
I've just sent her the info she needed, which means she's not had to join AB which is a shame, but hey! The system works lol

So what you are saying is, the availability of your email address removed the necessity for the lady to join/post on AB, so the system failed.

no, AB's google ranking works is what I am saying.

According to google we have roughly 1,700,000 pages ranked: http://www.google.co....e:theanswerbank.co.uk

Glad someone found one!
