Apple imac trojan horse update - flash player quitting unexpected

Well people further to my previous post, I went to watch something on iplayer and it is now coming up with message (Safari internet plug-in) quit unexpectedly. Anyone any ideas how I can put this right.

Check you have the latest release of Safari (5.0.3). If not run software update. There have been updates to OSX and Safari in past week or so. Check also that you have the latest build of Flash from Adobe.com (10.1). Reload it after updating Safari
