Have looked at existing answers but they are a little out of date now. I am taking out a TV, Telephone & Broadband package and have very good deals offered to me by both but I have so much info going round in my head that I really can not decide which is best. Can anybody make any recommendations or give any warnings about either as to performance or service please?
We took out the See, Speak, Surf package from Sky then included our line rental. Our monthly bill compared to the previous individual suppliers halved and the service had been faultless.
We have a family package for TV, unlimited broadband and free phone calls to UK landlines and about 20 international destinations.
It seemed too good to be true at the time butSky have delivered the goods.
I have no reservations in recommending them.
Have been with Virging for a few years now and cannot fault them. Have an all in package which has caused no problems. Any time a fault has occurred it was sorted very fast. Broadband is very fast, free phone calls and more channels than I cud ever watch with no dish on the wall. It's really down to who can offer you the best long term package, not short term as that is just a sales gimmick. Enjoy which ever you get!
Grr, we've moved into a non cable area and have had to take Sky, having been with Virgin for years! Far far inferior both in channels available, no i-players, catch-up worth its name etc, and a hopless telephone help line. I was cut off 3 times and it took me over an hour to speak to someone. With Virgin I usually got through quickly and the call was free as we had the whole package.
