Is there any way I can clear the condensation from the inside of my double glazed window without either replacing the unit or removing the unit from the rest of the window?

absolutely NO. The seal is faulty,a new unit will be required.
If someone was able to come up with an invention to do that, they would become a very rich person.
There is a remedy, although I have not had to use it. A company called 'Misty to Clear' can deal with this problem I think. Ross on Wye/ Gloucester area.
