3dn, ' Dead, in deflated dinghy'. Have L/T/. Could be late meaning dead or 'late as part as deflated, but where does dinghy come in. Could they mean dingy, as this could have tenuous link to dead? Anyone provide an answer please. Thanks.
'IN' indicates that the word is 'inside' the following word i.e defLATEd.
Dinghy is not the relevant part of the clue and could, just as easily, be TYRE etc.
