What should a freelancer charge for an hourly or job rate? We're talking middle of the road to high class work. Example, how much would you pay for a designed logo?

I charge a job rate based upon my expectation of how long it will take. That way if I'm slightly over it's my problem, but I can end up surprising myself and taking half the expected time.
sorry... didn't finish there ;-) 30/hr is a good figure, but to be honest what a client is willing to pay might be highly dependent on the quality of your portfolio.
