Craft, magnificent!! Respect!!!!!
Naomi it sounds disgusting..........
If I can go back to the haggis - I have recently been introduced to roast chicken stuffed with haggis, it is called Chicken Balmoral and it is really yummy. I like haggis, all the years living with Scottish people broadened my taste experience (including the jeely piece and the white pudding, bleah) but Chicken Balmoral is defo worth a try.
I liked white pudding, as I recall.
Craft, doesn't it just.

I like haggis - I only ever have it at Burns Night suppers though. Someone convinced me to pour whiskey over it last time because 'that's how the Scots do it' - and it was horrible.
I've had black pudding (yuk), but not white pudding. What's it made with?
white blood cells only
Pork meat, pork fat, suet, bread, and oatmeal. Apparently, early versions used sheep's brains as a binding agent.

YUMMMM!
