4 weeks to go and we have 4 threads on the trot about it.
Whats it going to be like on the build up?
There is a Christmas Topic especially for....wait for it...... Christmas that way other peoples threads arent pushed off recent posts.

Why cant you all chat on the one thread which has been posted and add to that rather than start another one or is that too simplistic?

Dont bah humbug as I along with others dont celebrate just endure it.

Because this category is the thread we all congregate?

I'm not saying it's right, and maybe they should be slapped in the Seasonal category, but I can see the reasoning of why they're here.

This is where we come to, and this is the category where we all "know" each other.

I'm not explaning myself very well here am i? LOL I know what I mean!
I get what you mean...but 4 threads on the trot is a bit much. Especially for those who hate/can't afford Xmas.

Swings and roundabouts I guess ummmm.

I don't appreciate threads filled to the brim of youtube links (unless they're in music- obviously) but I wouldn't complain if a few of them were on the go here in CB. I'd just grit my teeth, ignore 'em, and move to a more relevant thread to me.
So do I :-)

But I do understand Dris's sentiments.
ha-ha, this has made me smile ummm, watch this space I may have to put another Christmas thread up......

couldn't resist the answer, still ,it has managed to get the OP 100 + eh?
so maybe it was all worthwhile after all ;-)

You post what you want Bobbi....!!

The rest of your answer...err what? Are you taking credit for the amount of posts???
Or did you think I meant Dris's sentiments as in her answers to you?

Just in case...I meant her sentiments when it comes to Christmas threads.

Maybe the OP is past 100 because the majority agree -did that occur to you Bobbi?
Just as an addendum and something which adds weight to my feelings on Christmas my daughter has just phoned, she has just discovered she is living on whats considered the poverty line -she gets £160 per week and worries herself (and me) sick but the good news is she got another unexpected tax rebate of a couple of hundred she can afford Christmas now so thats one less worry.........how sad :(
(btw I dont see her stuck hence working as a cleaner everyday to help her pay off debts-not indulgant ones-and to stick money into her bank when she has nothing)
Awwww! - Dris....

I won't feel christmasy until 24th December. I love christmas when there are children involved but we're all fulled growed up adults in my family now and spread out all over the place so it's not quite the same, I reckon if my sisters or I (perish the thought!) had kids then it would mean a lot more to me and I'd want to see the kids at christmas but otherwise I'm just looking forward to not being on a diet on christmas day, boxing day and new years eve.... I'm rock and roll like that.

Do you think it's sexy to have those on your duvet? I'm not sure 'animal in bed' quite covers this...
I don't feel Xmassy yet and I've only bought one present and that was because I was in Next the other day buying a b'day pressie and saw something else for a friend.

I don't usually feel Xmassy till 23/24 Dec I suppose. I've said it before in other threads so forgive me but next year will be different as I want mini tiggs to enjoy Xmas like I used to when I was little.
