Haven't been posting much lately, namely because my laptop (which was less than 3 years old) packed in.

NoM, I was just thinking... if you look back through your bank statements and can find the date you purchased it and show it to the store to prove that you brought it within the last 3 years, I wonder if they'd fix it/replace it then??? Just an idea! x

My son's laptop has a 3 year warranty and it was registered soon after he got it, when he needs technical support he just rings them and they have his details, my little old advent laptop has a similar thing but i've had it 4 years now and so it's not covered for repair just for technical support.
