Who buys the christmas presents?
16 Answers
That time of year again. If it was left to the males in my house no-one would get a present, yet the women in the house are stressing already over what to buy everyone. Is it just our household or do the women in general do all the shopping, I wish I could be more like the males life would be so much easier.

Mrs bear and I go out together into town and blitz the lot in one go........we have already started though and got 'nicnaks' and fillers for the children ( larger prezzies to be bought yet, as they all just made up a christmas list this week ).... also some bought already for neighbours, teachers, teaching assistants and friends............we are looking at blitzing this weekend or next weekend, if we can...........so we'll be finished.
We have a large family on both sides.
I write all the christmas cards out every year, and start early ( next week probably ) as i have hundreds to write out.

It's always left up to me. This year the cards are all written and stamped and they'll be posted on Dec 1st. The presents are all bought and wrapped and ready to be given out. The tree is decorated and ready to be switched on on Dec 1st. Just the food to buy nearer the time. I know I know... I'm organised, boring old phart that I am.
