Prima Bread Maker

We have just resurrected our old bread oven from the cupboard to use again. Not used it for years - it's quite old. We no longer have the measuring cup with which to measure the flour etc. There is no indication in the instruction book as to how much the cup held in ounces/grammes, so we have no way of measuring anything. Does anyone have one of these ovens/cups? Could you please, using another measuring jug, let us know just how much the cup holds? Thanks, hopefully, in advance.
