Clothing sizes

I guess this comes under body - aren't shops which don't provide clothes in all sizes (xs - xxl) discriminating against people who aren't an average size ? Shouldn't they be forced to provide all sizes ? Couldn't someone sue a shop because of it ?

No they should not be forced to provide all sizes, as that would be an unwarranted interference by the nanny state into the operation of market forces. Someone could sue them, but such an action would fail because there is no contractual or legal obligation on any shop to provide any particular item. It would be like suing a butcher's shop for not selling chocolate biscuits. A contract between a shop and a customer to sell something can only be done with the agreement of both parties; it would be wrong for a customer to force a shop to sell a particular item, just as it would be wrong for a shop to force a customer to buy something.
Yeah you can't sue them because they don't have to provide it. I guess it depends on how you look at discriminating. I think that sometimes if you ask them for a particular size they will help you get it or at least direct you to where you should go to find clothing like it. Not all sizes are the same though, sometimes L is XL and XL is actually just a wider version of L. You can use a guide online which helps http://www.coatsize.com/
