Sending email CC's
2 Answers
I've used mail.com as a webmail client for many years, but today I've come across a problem I can't resolve. I need to send an email to three people. Now I can enter the main recipient on the top line of the email and I can open up a CC line to add a further recipient by clicking on the CC symbol at the RH side of the email header. Next to the CC symbol is a blind carbon copy.
My problem is that when I click on the CC symbol, it opens up the line for the address but the symbol itself disappears meaning that I can't open up another line top add the address of the third recipient. I don't want to add the third recipient as a BCC.
Is it that I'm meant to add the email addresses of all recipients on the CC line? If so, this is a further issue because the recipient email address is filled in via a type of autocomplete as I type for the first recipient, yet the autocomplete fails to work if I start typing out the name of the second recipient on the same line. If all recipients are to be added on the same CC line how do I do it ie are the addresses separated by commas and or spaces?
