why is it whenever you see footballers or club managers interviewed they refer to each other as "the manager" or "the player" When becks was taking about whether fabio copella would include him in the world cup squad, he always referred to hoim as the manager, Same as when rooney or ferguson were interviewed over their situation, they would always say "the player" or "the manager" Why not "wayne" or "Mr rooney" or "wayne rooney"?
If i was talking to someone else about my manager (and they knew my managers name) i would refer to them by name, as she would me.
It just seems very rude to me
